EASYTOWN RADIO PSA:

Tuesday, October 17, 2006

on a Ted Kennedy kick

Easytown Radio recently finished our Snakes On A Plane parody, featuring Balls Deep as the voice of Ted Kennedy, and appropriately titled DRINKS ON A PLANE.

It also stars Mike Sin as the airplane pilot. Listen closely and you'll catch a cameo by yours truly as a flight attendant. How Hitchcock of me.

Interestingly enough, DRINKS ON A PLANE also features Balls Deep as the voices of both Don Uts and Pissanthony, in coach class, natch.

TKDD update: yes! there's a new installment of Ted Kennedy Drunk Detective on the way! America's favorite detetctive almost solves a case, for real!

Only on Easytown Radio, dig?

Episode 15 preview!

It's an Easytown salute to Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band!

It's another "commercial free" episode, and songs include "Travelin' Man", "Beautiful Loser", "I've Been Working", and "Katmandu". All songs were carefully handpicked from Bob's classic 1976 Live Bullet LP, recorded live in concert at Cobo Hall in Detroit.

Studio guests include Rah Khandi, Cande Rockley, Mr. Cea, and Rod Skillz! Wow! Fun features include "Just-A-Fuckin-Around" with Felipe, and "My Favorite Fruits" with Yogi Berra. There's also a wild commentary on the city of Detroit, as delivered by Rah Khandi and Cande Rockley.

Episode 15 marks a return to the 4-song protocol, and a return to the loft room where many of our earlier episodes were recorded.

Listener mail: our lucky listeners this time are Jason Schneider of IconsOfTheRing, and Rich Rivkin of Fusion Collective.

As for what was inside The Easybox? Well, that's a secret :) ...let's just say it has something to do with...the Boy Scouts of America?
